About the Event
In this 4-hour training session, you will learn the critical skills necessary to manage a greeter/screener program at your Shul. Training topics include:
- Sources of intelligence, and how to adjust your security posture based on current intelligence reports
- Greeter post location and post options
- Greeter teams – two greeters, armed security, or off duty police
- Greeter equipment- lethal and non-lethal options
- Reading body language and micro expressions
- Detecting hidden weapons
- Soft interrogation skills and tactics
- Methods of denial, legal authority, use of force
- Removing someone from the facility, legal authority, and use of force
- Dealing with a threat inside the building
