Injured Shooter- essential skills
This 1-day class will cover TECC ( Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) essential skills and fighting with your gun while injured.
We prepare you for another aspect of the fight, thinking, and problem-solving. The day will be
broken into 2 sections, medical and shooting. They will build upon each other and you will be
required to perform these congruently.
Medical topics that will be covered are: severe bleeding, tourniquet usage, pressure dressing, traumatic amputation, wound packing, hemostatic agent, recovery position, non-occlusive chest seal, tension pneumothorax, burping, shock.
All medical gear will be provided. Students need to provide appropriate range gear and 250 rds
of ammo. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or throwing away. A change of clothes for
the ride home is advised.

Stop The Bleed Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion.
