Scenario-Based Shul Safety Training to Skokie—hands-on, real-world training built around incidents that have actually compromised shul safety in the past. This course places Shul Safety Officers and Greeters into realistic scenarios where they learn to identify threats early, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions under pressure—including when to de-escalate, disengage, or engage.
This is practical training that goes beyond theory—focused on awareness, judgment, and disciplined decision-making in real shul environments.
