This practical seminar reinforces the core principles of effective shul security and preparedness. Strong safety programs are built on a solid foundation—situational awareness, access control, clear communication, defined responsibilities, and a coordinated response to potential incidents.
Led by Commander (Ret.) Rick Robertson, with nearly three decades of law enforcement experience, the seminar provides Shul Safety Officers, greeters, and security volunteers with an opportunity to review, strengthen, and apply these essential skills through practical, scenario-based instruction.
Effective security begins with preparation. Mastering the fundamentals helps ensure our teams are ready to respond calmly, confidently, and effectively when it matters most.
