MAGEN Chicago was founded to empower the Jewish community to protect their homes, shuls, and communities through safety, support, education, and training. 

 

SAFETY and SUPPORT

MAGEN Chicago provides timely, credible threat and incident information to its vetted members through its official intelligence channel. MC serves as the community’s formal liaison with local and state law enforcement and coordinates closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners.

 

EDUCATION and TRAINING

MAGEN Chicago develops training programs that enhance the security of Jewish communities and institutions. We undertake threat and vulnerability assessments, provide community training and education, and offer consultation on safety and security matters to Shuls and Jewish institutions throughout the Chicagoland area.
